Tindall Corporation Promotes Smith to VP and General
Manager of South Carolina Prestress Division
SPARTANBURG, SC—Tindall Corporation announces the promotion of Anthony P. (Tony) Smith to Vice President and General Manager of the South Carolina Prestress Division.
“Tony has consistently demonstrated a ‘can do’ attitude and outstanding leadership skills in his four-year association with Tindall,” says Greg Force, P.E., President and COO. “He now will be responsible for sales, project management, and plant and field operations in South Carolina, North Carolina and eastern Tennessee.”
Smith joined Tindall Corporation in 2004 as Operations Manager of the South Carolina Prestress Division. He previously was Regional Manager for Metromont Corporation in Atlanta and Nashville. He also has held managerial positions with Dura-Stress, Inc. and Consolidated Prestressed Concrete.
His professional affiliations include the Precast/Prestressed Concrete Institute (PCI), the American Society of Appraisers (ASA) and the Associated General Contractors of America (AGC). Smith resides in Greenville, South Carolina.
