

Lang Named 2007 Outstanding CPA in South Carolina
SPARTANBURG, SC—Cheryl O. Lang, Vice President and CFO of Tindall Corporation, has been named 2007 Outstanding CPA in Business and Industry by the South Carolina Association of CPAs.
The prestigious award recognizes ethical commitment to the profession, outstanding management of technology and resources, visionary knowledge of broad business issues, the championing of new methods and solutions and the inspiration and motivation of others to excellence.
Lang joined Tindall as Controller in 1990 and was named Vice President and CFO in 2006. Tindall is one of the largest privately held precast companies in the U.S., with four plants strategically located throughout the Southeast.
She is actively involved in the Foothills Chapter of SCACPA, serving as Secretary for the past three years, and is a former Board Member and Chairman of the Finance Committee for the Spartanburg Memorial Auditorium.
She is married to Wade Lang, Wofford College Assistant Head Coach and Offensive Coordinator, and participates in the Wofford Terrier Club scholarship fundraisers. They have lived in Spartanburg since 1988 and attend First Presbyterian Church. A native of Newport, TN, Lang holds a BS in accounting from East Tennessee State University and an MBA from Clemson University.
